When is your website open for orders?
Our website is open every week from Friday at 12 PM to Sunday at 10 PM. Orders can only be placed during this time.
When are orders prepared and shipped?
All orders are prepared fresh from Monday to Wednesday and shipped out on Thursday using 48-hour delivery.
How long does delivery take?
During regular periods, orders are typically delivered within a few days after dispatch. However, during busy periods, please allow 7–14 working days for your order to arrive.
Can I place an order outside of the weekend window?
No, orders can only be placed while the website is open — from Friday at 12 PM until Sunday at 10 PM.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer express or next-day delivery?
At the moment, we only offer standard 48-hour delivery once your order has been shipped.
Are your products handmade?
Yes, all of our products are handmade with care and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship UK-wide. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
